Privacy Policy

Hi My Coach is operated by NEURAL CRAFT LIMITED ("we", "us"). This policy explains what information we collect when you use the app, how we use it, and the choices you have. You can contact us about anything in this policy at ewan@neuralcraft.art.

Account information. When you sign in with Google we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from your Google account. We do not receive your Google password.

Learning data. To run the product we store your learning record: daily plans, word, grammar, and expression progress, practice settings, compiled speaking prompts, and the session reports you paste into the app after practicing in ChatGPT.

Usage analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how the app is used. In regions where consent rules apply (such as the EEA, UK, and Switzerland), analytics cookies are only set after you accept the consent banner; declining keeps the app fully usable.

• Provide the service: compile your daily plan and speaking prompts from your own learning record.
• Track progress: update word, grammar, and speaking mastery from your practice and saved reports.
• Keep you signed in through a session cookie.
• Improve the product through aggregated, consent-gated analytics.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not show advertising.

Speaking practice happens in your own ChatGPT account. The app never connects to ChatGPT directly: you copy a prompt out and paste a report back yourself. Anything you share with ChatGPT is governed by OpenAI's terms and privacy policy. The reports you choose to paste into this app are stored as part of your learning record.

• Session cookie (essential): keeps you signed in; signed and HTTP-only.
• Sign-in cookies (essential): short-lived cookies that protect the Google sign-in flow.
• Consent choice (local storage): remembers your answer to the cookie banner.
• Google Analytics cookies (optional): set only with your consent in regulated regions.

You can withdraw analytics consent at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser; the consent banner will ask again.

Your data is stored in a Cloudflare D1 database and served through Cloudflare's global network. Our processors are Cloudflare (hosting and storage) and Google (sign-in and analytics). Each processes data under its own privacy commitments.

We keep your learning record while your account is active so your plan can adapt over time. You can ask us to delete your account and all associated data by emailing ewan@neuralcraft.art; we will complete the deletion within 30 days.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Email us and we will honor these requests. If you are in the EEA or UK you also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

All traffic is encrypted with HTTPS. Sessions use signed, HTTP-only cookies, and data access is limited to what the service needs to operate. No online service can guarantee absolute security, but we design for least privilege.

The service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above, and continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated policy.
