Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and NEURAL CRAFT LIMITED ("we", "us") governing your use of Hi My Coach. By using the service you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Hi My Coach is a guided English-learning tool. It builds a daily plan, tracks word and grammar progress, and compiles speaking prompts you can practice with in your own ChatGPT account. We do not provide ChatGPT: your use of ChatGPT is a separate relationship between you and OpenAI under their terms, and you need your own ChatGPT access for the speaking loop.

You sign in with a Google account and are responsible for activity under your account. Guest practice is available without an account, but progress is only saved when signed in. You must be at least 13 years old to use the service.

• Do not attempt to break, overload, probe, or reverse engineer the service.
• Do not access other users' data or interfere with their use.
• Do not paste content into the app that is unlawful or that you have no right to share.
• Do not use the service to develop a competing dataset by scraping or bulk export.

The practice reports and custom materials you add remain yours. You grant us the limited right to store and process them solely to operate the service for you — for example to update your learning record and compile your next prompt. We do not use your content to train models or share it with third parties beyond the processors named in the Privacy Policy.

The app, including its curriculum structure, prompts, and design, is owned by NEURAL CRAFT LIMITED or its licensors. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it for your own learning. Vocabulary and grammar concepts themselves are, of course, free for anyone to learn.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee particular learning outcomes, exam results, uninterrupted availability, or that AI-generated feedback from your ChatGPT sessions is accurate. The service is a learning aid, not professional language certification or advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NEURAL CRAFT LIMITED is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

You can stop using the service or request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Sections 5 through 8 survive termination.

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above, and continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
